You Won't Want to Miss The Job-A-Palooza
2024 Date TBA
Students with IEPs or 504s between the ages of 14 and 21
are eligible for this fun and educational day!
Students must:
~Be registered prior to the event
~Choose and compete 5 Business Tasks with their peer mentor
~Fill out both a pre-event and post-event questionnaire
Tasks will be detailed for each business similar to a “Task Analysis” and posted so all students are familiar with the requirements.
The day of the event, a table or area will be set up for each business with their associated task.
* Students will proceed to each of the 5 tasks they have picked.
* At the end of the event, the winners for each task (business) will
be awarded.
*All students will be acknowledged.

What's a Job-A-Palooza?
A Job-A-Palooza is chance for the community to get involved employing people with disabilities and has been designed to help students learn a job skill to prepare them for the workforce. Students will rotate through 5 work related task stops throughout the day.
It is Fun, Free, and Educational, you won't want to miss it! (Plus you get lunch!)
